Abby Jones, LPC, CPCS

Owner/Therapist

Abby is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia who has been providing counseling services since 2017. She also provides telehealth counseling to clients in Florida and South Carolina.  She works with adolescents (ages 12+) and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, addiction, and faith-related challenges.

Her approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person. She believes meaningful change happens when you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. Together, we will identify patterns, uncover strengths, and develop practical tools to help you move toward the peace and stability you’re seeking.

Abby draws from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, ensuring treatment is grounded, practical, and effective.

For clients who desire a faith-integrated approach, Abby offers Christian counseling that weaves together clinical tools and biblical principles. This may include exploring how Scripture speaks into your struggles, inviting prayer into sessions, and strengthening your identity in Christ as part of the healing process. Her heart is to create a space where your emotional wellness and spiritual life can grow together—bringing clarity, hope, and renewed peace.

Caroline Baggott, MA

Therapist

Caroline earned her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Toccoa Falls. She is a post-graduate clinician currently under the clinical supervision of Abby Jones, LPC, CPCS. Caroline works with children ages 4 and older, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She has a particular passion for working with children and teens, couples, and family relationships.

Her approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and relationship-focused. Caroline believes that meaningful change often begins with understanding the patterns, emotions, and relationships that shape our experiences. She works alongside clients to identify strengths, improve communication, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful change within both individuals and relationships.

Caroline draws from Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Bowen Family Systems Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). With children and adolescents, she uses developmentally appropriate approaches and values collaboration with parents and caregivers when appropriate. With couples and families, she helps clients recognize relationship patterns, strengthen communication, and build healthier connections.

For clients who desire a faith-integrated approach, Caroline can incorporate Christian faith into the counseling process. Faith integration is always based on the client's preferences and may include exploring biblical principles, spiritual values, or prayer when appropriate. Her goal is to provide a welcoming and supportive environment where clients and families can work toward greater connection, understanding, and hope.
