Therapy Services

Adult Individual Therapy

Life can bring seasons of stress, uncertainty, loss, change, and emotional overwhelm. Adult therapy offers a supportive space to slow down, better understand what you are experiencing, and work toward meaningful change.

We help adults navigate concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, relationship difficulties, life transitions, stress, grief, and feeling stuck or disconnected. Counseling is tailored to your individual needs and may include practical coping skills, exploring patterns that may be holding you back, and building greater confidence, balance, and emotional well-being.

For those who desire it, Christian faith can also be thoughtfully integrated into the counseling process.

Couples and Family Therapy (Provided by Caroline)

Relationships can be a source of connection and support, but they can also become strained by communication difficulties, conflict, major life changes, or unresolved hurt. Couples and family therapy provides a space to better understand one another, improve communication, and work toward healthier patterns of connection.

Therapy may focus on strengthening relationships, navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, adjusting to family changes, improving communication, or addressing patterns that continue to create tension. The goal is not to determine who is right or wrong, but to help individuals and families better understand one another and create meaningful change together.

Adolescent Therapy

The teenage years can bring significant changes, pressures, and emotions that may feel difficult to navigate alone. Adolescent therapy offers a supportive and judgment-free space where teens can talk openly, better understand themselves, and develop practical tools for managing life’s challenges.

We work with adolescents experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, low self-esteem, school stress, relationship difficulties, family conflict, and life transitions. Therapy is individualized to each teen while also involving parents or caregivers when appropriate and clinically beneficial.

Christian Therapy

For clients who desire it, Christian faith can be thoughtfully integrated into the counseling process. Christian counseling combines evidence-based therapeutic approaches with the client’s personal faith, values, and beliefs.

Faith integration may include exploring how spiritual beliefs influence current struggles, incorporating Scripture or prayer when appropriate, and using faith as a source of hope, meaning, and strength. Christian counseling is always optional and guided by the preferences and comfort level of each client.

Child Therapy

(Provided by Caroline)

Children often express their emotions differently than adults, and sometimes their behavior is the clearest way they know how to communicate what they are feeling. Child therapy provides a safe, supportive space for children to explore emotions, build coping skills, strengthen confidence, and develop healthier ways of responding to challenges.

We support children experiencing concerns such as anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, behavioral challenges, family changes, grief, school-related stress, and relationship difficulties. Therapy is tailored to the child’s developmental needs and may include creative, play-based, and skill-building approaches. Parents and caregivers may also be involved when appropriate to help support progress outside of sessions.

Telehealth

Telehealth offers the convenience of receiving counseling from a private and comfortable location while still receiving personalized, professional support. Secure video sessions can make therapy more accessible for those with busy schedules, transportation limitations, or who simply prefer the flexibility of virtual care.

Telehealth services are available to eligible clients based on clinician licensure and location. Your therapist will work with you to determine whether virtual counseling is an appropriate fit for your needs.
